Issue with modded UI

I'm using thin gauge bars, jobbars bars are filling outside of the gauges
version 1.3.1.1
in version 1.3.1.0 it wouldn't load the modded gauges at all, only vanilla
in 1.3.0.0 it worked fine

I would like to point that my problem is not the same as #227, the textures do not revert to vanilla, the gauge is modded but the filling of the gauge is "leaking" outside it.
I tested the lates version and the problem still exists
