How do i config the setting so that the buffs only show when it goes off

Hi, I want the damage buffs to pop up in the buff bar only when they activate, and to be hidden when they are on cooldown or ready. Previously it worked this way, but after a recent upgrade, the buffs are also shown when they are ready. Thank you.
