If someone writes a mongoschema validator that doesn't fire a callback, the service hangs with no clue as to what is going on. We need to wrap the call to the validator in a timeout.

Lowering to pri 3 since all the code is in our control. If we ever release mongosafe as a public module this would become pri1.
