Do not work as expected with jobs whose name and matrix are specified.
The specified fields will be undefined.

Describe the solution you'd like
The job specified by name and matrix should work.

Describe alternatives you've considered
When I looked into it in the past, it was very hard to achieve the expected behavior when name was changed.
It has not been investigated for a long time and may be feasible now.
