Notifications for success or failure - not always

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the documentation suggests if: always() to trigger notification in all cases. I want notifications on success and failures, not cancelled runs.

It is not clear from the documentation but I think the methods are if: success() and if: failure() ? I am looking for something like if: success(), failure()
