@coleleavitt sorry for late response.
I can see that you have anonther jdtls instance installed on your machine and the extension itself downloads the new one but tries to start the different one. I will take a look if I could fix it, but as a workaround you can try to delete the old instance or symlink the old instance to the one downloaded by the extension (example instructions are in the readme)
