Set up an ESM1.5 PI control experiment with a 0.25 degree ocean.

UM ancillary files for ESM1.5 generated with u-cx958 suite using

HORIZ='n96'
OCEAN='MOM025'
OCEAN_GRID_DIR='/g/data/ik11/inputs/access-om2/input_20230515_025deg_topog'

First step is to try these in an AMIP run to check for correctness.
