Sent Messages Tab:

• - Once a message is sent, it is logged in the "Sent Messages" tab.

• - Provides a record of all sent notifications for tracking and documentation.

• - A listing details such as:

• Message Content: Preview of the message body.

• Target Audience: Recipients (user roles, regions, form access).

• Date and Time: When the notification was sent.

• Status: Sent, Failed, or Pending.

• Sender: Username who sent the message.

• - Filters to sort messages by time, status, audience, or type.

• - Export option for generating reports on notification history.

• - Admin users have access to all messages, without limitation on time and number of messages
