Implement a Get-ADUsers function, which will :

By default, call Get-MgUser -All. Requires User.Read.All
By default, call Get-MgReportAuthenticationMethodUserRegistrationDetail -All. Requires UserAuthenticationMethod.Read.All
If specified, call Get-MgBetaUserAuthenticationMethod for every user in the tenant. Requires UserAuthenticationMethod.Read.All
