Search through bower dependencies

Use bower to search its dependencies for the projects as well as npm's (current)

Before I can integrate into this project w/ grunt, I'll have to develop its basic capability here first: https://github.com/AceMetrix/bower-license. New project, check it out. It's the bower analog to npm-license
