[Bug] Can't run launcher program #802

When I try to run the Launcher I get the following message in a command prompt window

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/dabomstew/pkrandom/gui/RandomizerGUI has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 62.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

System:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Java Version: Java 8 Update 431 (64-bit)
Randomizer Version: [v4.6.0 + V0.12.0a]

This is my first time doing something like this so I'm probably pretty basic with any knowledge or know-how.
