Armcord Settings use system language instead of app language & Inspect element on context menu crashes the app and asks for relogin

Describe the bug

1. Armcord Settings use system language instead of the app language: My system locale is set to Japanese (along with other stuff except for UI language), but the Discord language is set to English, so Armcord settings are displayed in JP instead of EN. Worked fine in the older version (3.1.4)

2. Inspect element on context menu crashes the app and asks for relogin: I often press right click button to paste a link, and the paste button used to be at the very bottom on the desktop version, but this time there's this very annoying "Inspect element" button that crashes Discord and requires me to login again, so my muscle memory keeps screwing me over again and again.

To Reproduce

1. Have system regional settings different from default - App settings - Armcord Settings

2. Right mouse button on the chat bar - Inspect element - Close it - App grays out and becomes unresponsive

Expected behavior

1. Armcord settings should use language set in Discord itself instead of system locale language

2. Remove the "inspect element" thing or hide it under "developer mode". It's accessible with a hotkey for those who are in the know anyway.
