Privacy: allow ignoring specific sources

I think it would be handy to be able to ignore certain sources, like cava or pavucontrol, whose display doesn't make much sense.

For example, in my case, the module on the left is paired with Cava, and I don't need that information in the bar (on the right) because it's meaningless in this case.
