Is there an existing issue for this?

  • Yes, I have searched the existing issues and none of them match my problem.

Current Behavior

In Profile section when i try to create a linkedIn handle with a linkedIn icon from Simple Icon , after saving the changes when i am exporting my resume as pdf, linkedIn is how shown in my resume.

Expected Behavior

linkedIn shown be shown in resume which exported as pdf

Steps To Reproduce

  1. upload any desired resume
  2. go in profile section
  3. then create linked handle by entering the username and platform name
  4. then write the platform name for which you want to generate icon from Simple Icon platform
  5. as soon as you type "linkedin" its icon automatically shown and click on save changes
  6. when you export the resume as pdf, then the behaviour occur

Hi,

Thank you for pointing that out. I must admit I did not check whether this issue already existed before raising it. This is my first time submitting an issue on GitHub, and I apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience caused. I'll make sure to follow proper guidelines and check existing issues in the future.
