[FR] Toggle scripts player port & use VS CPU for training mode

Add a toggle so that you can make the training script control either player 1 or player 2, so players can practice P2 specific combos or set ups. If its possible to redirct P1 inputs to P2 when this is enabled so players don't have to reconfigure their controllers just to play on P2 side, that'd be awesome.

Also, use the cheat 8005FBF8 0000 to force P2 to be human controlled so players can use the VS CPU menu option as a pseudo training mode option.

The dummy toggle has been added in Release v1.3.3, together with the possibility to steer the menu with both P1 and P2 controls.
Concerning the cheat code, I have to find a way to introduce it in a non-disrupting way.
