Can I pick an Interstitial ad (for the same ad unit) based on revenue information?

Assume a case where I load an Interstitial ad and I get the revenue eCPM as $10 (from OnInterstitialLoadedEvent). Now, when I again request to load an ad on the same ad unit, I get an ad with eCPM $5.

Will the new $5 ad replace my old $10 ad which has been cached or is there a way for me to reject the new ad and continue to show the old $10 ad?
