pyserial install instructions update

If possible could the readme be updated with appropriate instructions for modern externally managed python environments?

Have recently had to use the --break-system-packages flag which always feels unclean, and I don't know klipper/katapult's architecture well enough to know where the correct venv that might be being used resides.
