MQTT printer status

Dear all,

since some days i am trying to publish the printer status over MQTT.
I am using openhab as an home automatisation software.
However, there currently seems to be no Moonraker support for openhab.
Therefor i am trying to get some information over MQTT.
Till now i am only able to get nozzle temperature, bed temperature and some rapidly changing print times over MQTT.
Unfortunately the temperature are so high frequent that they are spamming my MQTT broker.
In the end i only want a status information (f.e. idle / printing / finished) and a print progress %.
Is this possible?

I am using fluidd with klipper on a raspberry pi 2b.
My current moonraker.conf contains this:

I am slicing with SuperSlicer and directly send the sliced model via SuperSlicer to the printer.
Maybe this is why i am not getting any information of the virtual_sdcard object?
Sorry in case this is a stupid question. I checked the documentation about mqtt but i am really lost :(
