Since the internal file structure / saving mechanism of Code is not the most transparent, it would be awesome if we could optionally use github gists as a means to backup/sync notes across machines, publish new ones/ edit existing ones, etc.
Alternatively (if more feasible) adding the option to include those notes in the Settings Sync below might be desirable for users:
