It does break the "templates shall be as simple as possible" but I think it's nice to give solid foundational starters like this and the sketchbook project.

Right now I'm thinking node.js project almost ready to run with a .env file for the github credentials*. That and some more detailed doc than what I've done on how to use "VScode + live server".
*: could also go overboard and make a password protected page
although, now that I'm cooling off on the idea, how is it better than codesandbox.io or repl.it? Maybe the ol' "this could be a gateway into coding + git" but I'm not buying it.
