Custom User Permission Roles

From feature request:

"It would be beneficial to have additional user roles or the ability to create your own user roles for permissions based on the needs of the organization. For example, we would like to have a role that has level 2 plus the ability to delete computers, but not the delete companies/locations or access to settings that the level 3 has."
