From feature request:

Would be great if we could have an auto approve option if VirusTotal shows a score of 0 reported malicious scans, then it asks for approval if the application is unknown by VirusTotal, and auto denies if known malicious in VirusTotal. Each needs to be an optional opt in feature.

Maybe trigger condition with the score?
