Have an option to reset the site stats

Under Jetpack > Stats, or maybe in Jetpack Cloud, add an option to reset the site stats.

This was requested in the case of a user developing a site for a client, and then wanting to reset the site stats before making the site live.

There's currently no graceful way to do that. An internal workaround (see PCYsg-2k0-p2) exists but it is very cumbersome and will create issues with VideoPress (https://github.com/Automattic/videopress/issues/1036).

I'm opening this issue to track interests and any future customer requests.
