OpenAI suggested the following labels for this issue:

  • [Feature Group] User Interaction & Engagement: The issue directly affects user interaction by making the subscription button less accessible, potentially impacting user engagement.
  • [Feature] Subscriptions: The problem relates to the subscribe button associated with email signups, making it crucial to indicate subscription-related functionality.
  • [Feature] Forms Blocks: The issue involves the layout of form input elements, which falls under the category of forms designed for user input and engagement.

📌 REPRODUCTION RESULTS

  • Tested on Simple – Replicated
  • Tested on Atomic – Replicated
  • Replicable outside of Dotcom – Yes

📌 FINDINGS/SCREENSHOTS/VIDEO

  • I was able to replicate this on a self-hosted site using Jetpack and observed that the block behaves like the field input has 100% width when it's actually not even selected in the block settings, but it looks ok in the frontend.

📌 ACTIONS

  • Triaged
