When activating the theme, two template parts with the name Header are added, the second one is meant to be Footer.

Enable the theme
Check template parts in Site Editor

Fewer than 20% of the total website/platform users

No revenue impact

If a workaround is available, please outline it here.

Not a big deal. But users can always create a new template part and replace this.
