Thaumcraft Started Crashing On Startup, Out of Nowhere #1801

Last night, "Thaumcraft ran into a problem" when I tried to complete a theory, i didn't think anything of it at the time.

Today when i went to load the game, it refuses to start up because it couldn't load the Thaumcraft class for whatever reason.
