[BUG] Can not get Web App Appsettings

I am following this example

To get all appsetting of my azure web app. But all it returns it's empty.

Expected behavior

I should be able to get all those appsettings in below picture.

Actual behavior

The same code from this repo returns an empty list.

Reproduction Steps

Just try the same code in the above description.
