Unblocking react 18

Currently this library is blocked on updating to react 18 due to a downstream dependency FluentUI/Northstar. We will use this GitHub discussion to track how we can get everyone onto React18 with the least amount of migration possible. Scenarios identified so far to support:

• Unblock React18
• Unblock NextJS

Are there any additional scenarios to resolve?

Currently, we are working on bundling the necessary elements of @fluentui/react-northstar directly as part of @azure/communication-react and testing the impact, whilst we work on a larger migration away from this package.

Current status:

• ✅Identify components necessary from @fluentui/react-northstar
• ✅Integrate mechanism to re-exports necessary components from @fluentui/react-northstar
• ✅Update other remaining dependencies to react 18 (enzyme, fluent-file-icons, react-aria-live)
• ✅Release alpha package (1.5.1-alpha-202305151941)
• ✅Perform full test validation with our existing test infrastructure
• ✅Perform full test validation with NextJS
• ✅Release beta package (@azure/[email protected])
• ✅Release stable package (@azure/[email protected])
