Add page for sponsorships

Have a form to submit interest in sponsorship / how to contact.

-Verbiage should be updated for 2019 prospectus.

-Sponsorship tier in some sort of png format or css or whatever.

-Letter of intent/prospectus designed to be on the website.

I think there needs to be both general sponsorship information page but also one that's year specific, as sponsorship info / logos / etc. change yearly.
