在服务端添加一个url验证，验证填写的是否可用，若可以还能提示有无格式错误

客户端我做端的时候也不用，都是靠loader，还是经过pcl才启动，所以我就希望服务器能验证，不用来来回回换配置方便

这个验证，是要验证哪个url，是填到客户端配置文件里的那个吗？
