Enable the barcode scanner

As a user I expect that I can scan a barcode to add the item to search for it. I can then add it to a meal. When I click the barcode button my camera should be opened (after I've provided permission) and I should be able to scan a barcode and trigger the search.

Acceptance criteria

• Does clicking the barcode button trigger opening the camera?
• Is barcode detection and reading performed on the video stream?
• Is a decoded barcode used to trigger the search?
• Is the video stream closed after detecting a barcode?
