Make omi personas on web smart and paid

We've reverted omi personas to use the dumbest model because they weren't profitable

• create a subscription and make people pay for them
• revert the model to be very smart

• What is the subscription price to be kept?
• What payment integrations are needed (stripe?)
• Does the free model need to kept? Or do we completely replace it with the paid model

For now you can set it any amount (maybe start with $2) but should be easily changeable

I guess both should be there, kinda a trial or limited messages thing. Not really sure about this, @kodjima33 can you pls confirm this?
