if a user authority gets removed, we need to call a token endpoint to remove user token for said user and force logout of their session

make it part of userManagementService and UserManagementController that way we can add this as part of an SDK.

Does not need to be part of the 'demo'. Leave this comment here for now so we remember to move to SDK
