Allow an option to auto queue a torrent after (re)checking files

Basically, when we check a torrent, it would be great if there is an option for it to go back into queue automatically.
As things stand, we must stop the torrent to do a full recheck, then manually queue when its done checking.

How about if you could manually re-check a downloading/seeding torrent and in that case it restarts afterwards?

that could work too, the issue is if it stopped due to an error. But, if there's an error, you could just fix it, resume, and then quickly recheck so it might not be a big deal.

Beta B41 allows a recheck to be performed on active downloads.
