fg_batter_leaders() object 'leaders' not found

I see this has been a problem for a while, but some have managed to get it to work by reinstalling, rewriting functions etc? I have not managed to fix it.

It works for certain years. 2018 and 2024 works, but error for all inbetween.

Any idea how I can get this data? I need it for a termpaper, so any help would be greatly appreciated
