Good afternoon,
If you ask me what has the biggest missing feature been for as long as boostnote exist (including legacy boostnote), it's having a seemless transition between editing and preview mode, especially keeping the scroll position.
In a note app, you're often brought to make many small changes here and there, but having to jump to the top and look for the line you were just looking at each time you switch is very cumbersome. Particularly when the page grows and you want to still benefit from the readability from the preview mode but wants to edit many parts. This has caused me to nearly stop using the preview mode at all !
The feature has already been nearly existing (since several years in legacy boostnote) with split-view where both views scrollbar are somewhat in sync, so it is strange that it hasn't been transposed since to the other views.
To be honest, I have finally brought myself to look into my notes workflow which hasn't change since I started using legacy boostnote so many years ago and I am now comparing existing solutions, including the new boostnote. This feature would be a great improvement in the usability of the tool and its absence is one of the reasons why I am looking for a change.
Thanks for reading.
