User Account Deletion

Generally

When a User deletes their account, they should be prompted to remove all of their posts or keep them under an removed author, similar to Reddit.

There should be tick-able options to completely remove either the Build submissions, Comments, Guides, or any other type of submission, or All.

In this case, we will simply change the name & display name of the user to something like removed and erase all data on the user, except their submissions.
