Filter by type, year? Journal? (If journal then we'll probably want to hardcode an array of journals for people to choose from and add additional ones whenever required?)
A page for each publication feels overkill, especially because it won't contain the paper - just a link to it. So the box for each publication on the search page needs to contain all necessary information and the box itself is a link to the paper.
Or not use boxes and just lists like on the website? - Don't think that would look good.
Is there too much text for boxes, some papers have a lot of authors...
Can we not bother with volume and issue? As long as the title, (lead) author, journal, year and link to the paper are there surely that's all that matters?
How layout the reference in the box so it looks appealing?

The above is the type of thing we want, having discussed it at the WG meeting today. and we don't need volume, issue or pages.
I'm not sure about adding a filter by journal (and therefore filter by conference too), partly because I don't know how well long journal names will wrap! Also we don't want the filters to go too far down the page....
Also not keen on the sorting by alphabetical by lead author etc, maybe that could be for version 2!
Something to replace https://www.ccp-wsi.ac.uk/publications
