Describe where to get non CRAN packages

uuuuh, we use productplots a lot in this paper, Do you plan to include productplots in another package or it will live outside CRAN forever ?
Anyway we will include the packages outside CRAN in a folder.

Why don't you cite the packages as available on github?
I think it's pretty safe to assume, that github repositories are not going
to go away, even if the package moves onto CRAN.
