Remove Semantic Breadcrumb Links extension

Apparently Semantic Breadcrumb Links no longer works with the latest Semantic MediaWiki version (4.0), and it's marked as "unmaintained":

It seems to make sense to remove it.

That's a shame, but there's a lot of wikis still using it. Do we know anything about SBL having any security vulnerabilities?

Maybe we should have a "deprecated" status, where we have a one-year window in which we warn people that an extension will be going away soon.

I'm not aware of any security issues. (On the other hand, I'm also not aware of any wikis that use this extension.)

The deprecation stuff is a discussion that belongs elsewhere - though, in the case of this extension, maybe this issue counts as a deprecation notice like you asked for, since it probably won't be removed until the MW 1.43 release of Canasta, which is probably about a year away.
