how to set env variable for proton with protproton?

Hey,

how can i set env variables for proton with portproton?

in Steam i can set launch options to

radv_legacy_sparse_binding=true radv_zero_vram=true %command%

how can i do this with protproton?

i tried put those variables in the correspondig .ppdb file but it seems those dont get passed to proton?

I have the same question. I have some game crashes that could be fixed with env variables but I have no way to set them.
