Change the MS account creation code to:

  • Automatically grant the Flagger role to users with an associated Stack Exchange account who are "established". The exact criteria for "established" is something we would need to decide upon.
  • Automatically grant the Flagger and Reviewer roles to any new user with an associated Stack Exchange account who is a moderator on any SE site.
