Add created at date range criteria to search

When trying to determine the effectiveness (i.e., %TP) of a watch or blacklist entry, we really only have accurate data for the period of time during which the entry has been on the watch or blacklist. Thus, it would be quite helpful to be able to have the ability to search based on post record creation date as one of the criteria.
