Improve the way /mentions are highlighted

/mentions are highlighted until you go there. However, you could see all mentions in a chat. It turns out that Chatterino marks as unread mentions that are actually read. This gets in the way for 2 reasons:

1. A user goes to /mentions, but finds no missing mentions, because they have seen all mentions in the chat.
2. A user goes to /mentions to remove highlight because it distracts them.

It's inconvenient both with the current highlighting and without any highlighting at all. I suggest finding a way to only highlight /mentions when there are actually missed mentions.

First. Open chats. I propose not highlighting /mentions if the mention was in open chats. This solution has a drawback: you may miss mentions because you don't always look at your screen, or the chats fly too fast. I suggest solving this drawback by setting which mentions are considered missed.

Second. I was mentioned in an inactive tab. Now both this chat and /mentions are highlighted. If I open the chat, /mentions remains highlighted. I propose to do the same as in the first question: make a setting that allows you to choose whether to remove the highlight from /mentions.

If you imagine it's all one setting, it goes something like this:

Highlight /mentions tab:
Disabled
Mentions in inactive chats — As long as the chat is not open, it is inactive. As soon as it is opened, /mentions highlight is removed.
All mentions

The issue is actually deeper than that, because highlighting real missed mentions and not getting in the way for nothing is a bit tricky. But my suggestion would noticeably improve the experience and should be easy to develop.
