Add the option to remove certain emotes/usernames/... from autocompletion suggestions

For example when you type "lu" and hit tab and the only emotes you want to use are LULW and LULE, it's annoying to be suggested LuL and LUL, (similar for :lul, I've never used the twitch global emote "ShadyLulu" so i wouldnt want to autocomplete to it)

adding in also emote completion based on usage metrics would be nice too
