Clamav does not extract SVG files from HTML #1418

hello,

see attached example,
clamav does NOT extract SVG files/parts from html files
=> so it's not possible to create an signature of the picture.

but the PNG file, which "data:image/png;base64" (data-uri) encoded is extracted by clamav.

can you please add the extration/check of this SVG parts?
