The filepath we use for the default config file fails when the AMIP driver is run from the experiments/ClimaEarth/ directory, but the includes in the driver assume it's being run from experiments/ClimaEarth/. We need to fix these so users can run the driver interactively, and ideally either from the top-level directory or from experiments/ClimaEarth/.
