First milestone is to have a basic application working with test coverage with documentation on getting up to speed and project wireframes.
#22 As a developer I want to see the application wire frames
#21 As a new contributor I want to read a wiki page to help me get up to speed with contributing to the project
#23 As an app user I want to be able to select an organisation so that I can view it.
#26 As an app user I want to be able to view the application
