It would be great to add a block to choose if this resource free/notFree/partFree because now it is written in a comment block and you can forget to write about it.

The second thing is to make some fields be required and other to be optional. Because if you add just a link without any title it would be not informative, but you can leave for example time to spend field if you don't know how long does it take.
