As a FOI user, I'd like to ensure that the username and password being used to access the site is secure.

@mckaydavis added uipa.org and www.uipa.org into the letsencrypt beta. We would need to configure the machine to update the certificates being served up by nginx.

This has been completed on uipa.org via Ansible scripts.
